Vuture Egypt is an Egyptian cosmetics brand offering skincare and beauty products targeting the mid-market segment. The brand came to us with inconsistent paid performance and heavy reliance on broad targeting with minimal audience segmentation.
Our work focused on building a structured performance system — from fixing tracking to rebuilding audience strategy to implementing a consistent creative testing framework.
We started by fixing the foundation: rebuilding the pixel setup with CAPI integration for clean data, then restructuring campaigns into clear funnel stages. Cold traffic focused on interest and lookalike audiences, while warm traffic was segmented by recency and intent signals.
Creative strategy shifted to a weekly testing cadence with isolated variables, allowing us to identify winning hooks, offers, and formats systematically.
