Note Cosmetics is a Turkish cosmetics brand with international presence that was looking to grow its market share in Egypt. The brand had established recognition in Turkey and other markets but needed a locally-adapted performance strategy to resonate with Egyptian consumers.
Our work focused on localizing creative messaging, understanding Egyptian beauty consumer behavior, and building a systematic performance framework for the local market.
We built a market-entry strategy that prioritized brand awareness before pushing hard for conversions. The first 3 months focused on building recognition through video content featuring Egyptian beauty creators and locally-relevant messaging. Once brand recall was established, we shifted budget toward conversion campaigns.
Creative strategy emphasized quality and international credibility while maintaining Egyptian cultural relevance through Arabic copy and local talent.
